CORN-FLAKE COOKIES
2 tablespoonfuls of margarin
¼ cupful coconut
½ cupful sugar
¾ cupful rolled oats
2 eggs
4 cupfuls corn flakes
Cream together the margarin and the
sugar, add the eggs well
beaten, and the rest of the ingredients.
Drop by spoonfuls
on a greased baking-sheet or the
bottom of a cake pan. Bake
about fifteen minutes in a 400°
F. oven. Let stand on the
pan a few minutes, after removing
from the oven, until they
harden.
